Meghan Naumburg

Bio | Naumburg is a fine artist who resides on the West
Coast of Florida. She received her A.A. from State College of Florida and is
currently attending workshops and classes to further her career in the Arts and
Psychology. Her artwork is in collections throughout the US and exhibited in
Florida galleries. Naumburg’s art is influenced by a stylized collision of
realism and abstraction. The collision occurs on paper between political or
environmental affairs and the beliefs and compassion where the subject and style
fuse.

Statement | Naumburg creates work
that evolves during the process or are personalized recreations of an image. Representational subjects become abstracted
during creation. Grounded in emotion and personal experiences, her subjects
become a collaboration of abstraction and realism. Naumburg uses mixed media to
emphasize environmental issues, mental health issues, and issues of social
justice.

Her combination of forms and
emphasis on dramatic and personal subjects reflect the desire to find balance
and order in a chaotic world.
